To activate a loyalty card, register in the VISAGEHALL app.

An loyalty card can only be used via the mobile app.

Bonuses are valid for 2 years from the date they are credited.

Accumulated bonuses can be used to pay up to 100% of the purchase amount.

Bonuses are credited only for the portion of the purchase paid with monetary funds (cash, cashless payment, or payment with a gift online certificate).

Bonus accrual restrictions apply:

Brands with a 0% accrual limit;

Brands with a 5% accrual limit;

Brands with a 10% accrual limit;

Brands with a 15% accrual limit;

The list of brands and the bonus accrual rates may be subject to change.

Gift online and offline certificates are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase.

For purchasing products and services at visage.concept beauty apartments, both physical visage.concept certificates, VISAGEHALL certificates can be used.

Loyalty card discounts do not apply to the purchase of gift certificates, and bonuses are not accrued for their purchase.

Gift certificates can only be paid for with cash and/or cashless monetary funds; bonuses cannot be used for payment.

Bonuses are accrued on products and services paid for with a gift certificate.
