Each stage of chocolate production is carefully controlled: cocoa beans are roasted at low temperatures and then ground on granite millstones for three days. Our chocolate contains nothing superfluous: just cocoa, cocoa butter, and a minimal amount of natural sugar substitute — evaporated cane blossom juice with a low glycemic index.

Several factors determine when and why we discontinue certain products or services:

• Price changes in products used in beauty rituals or a significant increase in the cost of raw materials for our chocolaterie treats. If such changes reduce value, we may discontinue certain products and services.

Since we introduce new products every week and update the beauty ritual menu every three months, we must remove items and services that do not demonstrate sufficient demand to continue occupying space on our shelves. This is a matter of rational space management. This approach helps maintain interest in our existing products and services.

No. We currently do not sell products online. We do not offer pick-up or delivery services, nor do we work with third-party delivery services, except for VISAGEHALL, as this cannot compare to the physical experience of visiting our beauty apartments.
